Windows & Doors
Milgard Montecito™ Series New Construction Vinyl ( standard ) with SunCoat LowE in white or tan. All styles ( standard or upgrades ) come with SunCoat LowE ( both retains and repels heat ), and screens.
All windows are dual sealed units. NOTE: Please be advised that Milgard windows do not come with liners / jambs. All Milgard windows meet or exceed California Forced Entry Code Requirements, are CSA certified and NFRC approved. Milgard Lifetime Warranty Wood frame, steel, insulated door c/w half light, door handle and dead bolt.
Stairs
Pre-fabricated carpet grade set of stairs from main floor to loft ( as per plan ) ( railings system is not included, see options below )
