We start with design. Our in-house design team will work closely with you to create a plan that fits perfectly with your lifestyle and aesthetic goals.
Take the features of one or more of our package models; add your creative input; discuss all aspects with Wilderness Cabin Company representatives; and together we will create YOUR custom home/cottage design.
The process will take from a few hours to a few days of exploring options and design choices. The cost will be a fraction of normal architectural design fees that you may otherwise incur. Let us help you reach your goals, and put your dollars back into your home or cottage materials.
Engineering Accuracy for Your Cottage / Home...
It is becoming increasingly important to ensure a home or cottage is built properly. Today, accurate engineering of home plans and materials is crucial in
working through the necessary steps to build, and to ensure you have a safe and long-lasting home.
We work closely with you to move your design through engineering stages to help you prepare to build. This is an aspect of constructing your own home that can be very stressful and costly for the average person preparing to build. If you need permits, we will assist you with the " tools " you will need to reach these building preparation milestones.

Lockup Phase Completion...
Your Wilderness Cabin Company material package and plans will enable you to build to lockup stage, affordably and efficiently. Your material package will provide EVERYTHING you
need to reach the lock up phase. No trips to the hardware store while in the middle of the framing phase; and no missing or incorrect items that cause costly delays to your project.
Our staff are qualified with building experience, and can provide answers and tips to building questions during the entire preparation and building process. - All models up to 900 square feet in size come with Pre-Cut drawings and an installation manual.
